The Dominga grape is distinguished both by the characteristics of the product, caused by the special microclimate, and by the cultivation practices applied by farmers in the area. The product has differential characteristics with respect to other varieties, highlighting on others the large size of the bunches, the size of the berries and their durability in the parra, which can reach until early January.
