The alberquina olive tree is characterized by high resistance to cold, very low vigor and low resistance to limestone soil.

The size of its fruit is the smallest of the varieties grown in Spain, between one and two grams.

In addition to producing table olives, it is used to produce a high quality olive oil.

The oil is more buttery and with a slightly spicy finish

The picual olive tree is an agronomically more interesting variety in traditional plantations thanks to its high oil productivity and easy cultivation.

Early and high yielding variety that produces medium quality bitter oils that are very resistant to staleness.

It is also known as Marsian, Snow and Lepereño.
