Mandarin of medium-large size, usually has no seeds although on some occasion you can find some.
Collection from December to January.

It's very sweet and juicy. It is very aromatic, ideal for desserts, easy to peel. It may have seeds, but few, say 2 to 4. Ideal for juice as the skin that wraps the wedges is hard, so ideal for the industry that sells juices. It is found from the end of March to June.

This variety is very productive and its taste is very sweet. Navelinas oranges are ideal for dessert. They are collected during the first days of October to mid-February.

Valencia oranges are the later variety of oranges of the season.

THE FINGER LIME HAS RECENTLY BEEN POPULARIZED AS ABORIGINAL FOOD. THE GLOBULAR PULP HAS BEEN COMPARED TO A "LIME CAVIAR", WHICH CAN BE USED AS A DRESSING OR ADDED TO DIFFERENT RECIPES. FRESH PULP HAS THE EFFECT OF AN EFFERVESCENT BURST OF SPICY FLAVOR WHILE CHEWING.

We are looking at a Spanish variety possibly from Murcia. Obtained from the Italian monachello variety. Its skin is somewhat thick, contains less juice, has a more oval shape and inside we find only three or four seeds.
