Purple type of good conservation and medium-late cycle. The bulbs are flattened with purple-copper outer skin when dried. Inwardly they are intense purple towards the surface and violet towards the center. The bulbs are a good size, easily reaching 200 grs.

Sowing: November-February according to zones. Directly on the seating ground with doses of 6-8 Kgs/Ha. in seedbed with 10 grs./m2 transplanting when it has the diameter of a pencil to the frame of 15x20 cms.
Harvest: from the beginning of July onwards according to its planting season and form of cultivation.
Small size variety. It produces an erect dark green bud on the outer leaves and yellowish inside. It's very sweet in flavor.
Planta: Planta de foliolos estrechos con vainas dobles, largas y estrechas en los primeros nudos. Destaca por ser capaz de fructificar en los días cortos de otoño. Las vainas producidas en octubre, de plantación en agosto, son muy apreciadas en el mercado por su frescor.
